As service designer I drive projects from early concept phase to market implementation. The biggest challenge in my work is the alignment of stakeholders to a common product goal and vision.
I specialise in facilitation techniques to create understanding and vision in product teams and organisations. I have a deep understanding of current technological trends, to be able to develop products on a contemporary technological level.
