My Role At Service Innovation Labs
At SI Labs I work at the intersection of business goals and user experience by developing service concepts. No matter if analog or digital, making it value-creating, usable and simple is always one of my main jobs. Having a degree in communication design and design thinking I also give workshops to students on how to design user centric design processes and methods.
