B Corporations
by Andreas Renner, Founder B Corp Germany
B Corporations are a new type of for-profit organizations that meet a high standard of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. They redefine success in business by competing not to be the best in the world, but to be the best for the world.
By introducing the concept Andreas shared how to become a B company and what the benefits are.

Peer-to-Peer Bonuses
by Sven Schubert, Senior Project Manager at Netcentric
There are two main divisions between employee bonus styles: top-down, and peer-to-peer. In a peer-to-peer bonus system, managers as well as other co-workers are all empowered to recognize and reward the contributions of their colleagues.
In his talk Sven told us how this kind of bonus system works at Netcentric and how it’s complementing with Holacracy.
