Caspar Siebel brought a unique combination of design expertise and organizational development to Service Innovation Labs in Berlin as Service Designer. As a Certified Holacracy Practitioner, he helped shape SI Labs’ self-organized way of working and contributed to scaling the team.

Caspar combined user-centered design with systemic organizational work:
