Service Design Holacracy Innovation Management Workshop Facilitation Training & Coaching

Now: Innovation Facilitator at German Bundestag

Caspar Siebel brought a unique combination of design expertise and organizational development to Service Innovation Labs in Berlin as Service Designer. As a Certified Holacracy Practitioner, he helped shape SI Labs’ self-organized way of working and contributed to scaling the team.

Design Meets Self-Organization

Caspar combined user-centered design with systemic organizational work:

  • Certified Holacracy Practitioner (HolacracyOne) – Implementation and coaching of self-organized structures at SI Labs and clients
  • Certified Trainer (Academy for Scientific Education Heidelberg) – Methodical knowledge transfer
  • Touchpoint Magazine Author – Publication “Service Design meets Event Management” (Vol. 4 No. 2, 2012)
  • Team Building – Active role in recruiting: 12 open positions in 2016

From Startup to Parliament

Caspar’s career path shows how SI Labs expertise transfers: From Berlin innovation consulting to the German Bundestag. As Innovation Facilitator, he now brings Design Thinking and agile methods to public administration – proof of the relevance of user-centered approaches even in traditional institutions.
