Service Innovation Labs is a human-centered research and development lab for the service industry. We develop digital products and services that put people at the center.
Our Approach
Innovation comes from within. The most innovative ideas in a company come from the employees themselves. They also know how to bring their innovations to life within the existing organization.
However, these employees need an organizational structure that enables and promotes innovation. This structure is often not present and must first be developed.
Top-down and Bottom-up
Success can come from multiple sources. That's why at Service Innovation Labs we always consider two directions for transformation: From top management through middle management downward (top-down) and from within the organization upward (bottom-up).
Our approach: Start small with an innovation team and step by step transfer the insights gained to the entire company.
Our Philosophy
